This announcement follows the publication of the Surgeon General’s Advisory on screen use among children, which provides recommendations empowering caregivers to reduce screen exposure and promote healthier development for children and adolescents. From delaying early screen exposure to creating screen-free times during meals and before bedtime, these strategies help protect children’s development, sleep and mental health.
