Following graduation, Mouaad joined Amazon as a Seller Support Associate, where he excelled in providing exceptional customer service to sellers. Looking to get back in the marketing field, he transitioned to a role as a Digital Marketing Specialist at American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), leveraging his expertise to drive meaningful engagement and support the organization's mission.
