Erin Nichols Manager, Continuing Medical Education
Erin Nichols is an experienced meeting planner, content developer and scientist. She graduated from Denison University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. Before she discovered the CME world, Erin primarily focused on bench work in pharmacology clinical trials.
Her scientific knowledge and experience helped pave the way for her migration to the nonprofit world working for medical associations as a content and meeting planner. She has 11 years of experience planning and developing content for meetings of all sizes. Previous to joining ACPM, she was an integral member of the education and meetings teams for the American Urological Association (AUA). She was responsible for planning and executing their 17,000 attendee annual meeting in addition to many other virtual and in-person CME meetings.
Erin is passionate about ensuring the newest research is implemented in practice by educating medical professionals. She currently resides in Ellicott City, Maryland, with her husband and three children, Connor, Adelyn and Clara (and her dog, Ziggy, and her cat, Hamilton).
