5. RECOMMENDED PRACTICES FOR APPLICANTS

  1. When the Initial Program/Applicant Pairing List results are posted to the SAP website on the Initial Notification Day (February 5, 2024) Applicants should make sure that they are available to quickly receive and accept offers from their paired Program, if they are paired, or possibly from unfilled Programs, if they are not paired. Applicants should check their email frequently and make themselves available by phone or text.
  2. Unpaired Applicants should use their prepared rank lists, in combination with the listing of Programs with open slots, to make decisions quickly and optimally about offers made by unfilled Programs after the Initial Program/Applicant Pairing List results have been posted to the SAP website.
  3. Programs should be notified of an Applicant’s decisions to accept or decline offers as quickly as possible.
